Registration with USA Hockey is required before proceeding with the CMO registration.   USAH registration is available at 

www.usahockeyregistration.com

• Players must attend tryouts
• Prior placement on any team or division does not guarantee a spot on the same team, another team or any division 
• Players must have an email address in their profile to complete registration (can be same as parent)
• Offers for season are made directly by the Head Coach for each team
  • registrations are directly tied to the existing email address for the parent/player

IF YOU ONLY MAKE A PARTIAL PAYMENT, THE BALANCE WILL BE DRAFTED ON THE NEXT DUE DATE TO BRING THE BALANCE CURRENT PER THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Coach/Volunteer Registration

Annual USAH registration is required for all players, coaches and volunteers
All coaches, managers and volunteers are also subject to Annual MA CORI screening and completetion of SafeSport
All coaches must maintain current USA Hockey certifications including, CEP, age modules, safesport and MA CORI screening

All teams and leagues are subject to change based on registration, talent level and available players at each age group

ALL payments are non-refundable
This policy is effective with any and all payments received

When a registration is submitted to the Central Mass Outlaws (CMO) it represents a commitment for the entire season and the program and coaches in turn make a variety of commitments based on the number of registered skaters.

In exceptional circumstances the CMO Board of Directors may, at it's sole and absolute discretion, approve a full or partial refund.  The CMO Board of Directors are under no obligation to approve a refund.   All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and must be approved by the CMO Board of Directors. Any request must be made within 30 days from the event for consideration.  Please note that deciding not to play or to play for another program is not grounds for a special refund request.

Only at the time of registration a 3rd party policy will be offered for refunds according to the 3rd party policy guidelines.
